    Hello,

Not all versions of Nero support dvd burning. Double check to make sure your's does. There should be an option for changing the cd to dvd. If not you'll have to get a newer version of nero that supports dvd authoring.

If you're using the smart start window, in the upper right-hand corner, there are two tabs. One says CD the other. DVD. Click on the DVD tab.

Before you do what those two said, let me ask a dumb question: Do you have a DVD burner ?

If yes, do what those two said

    If no ....
    If in doubt, Google it.

There's a guide here for burning DVDs with Nero Express.
    If in doubt, Google it.

RTFM. The guide uses the DVD-Video template, which automatically creates those folders for you.
    If in doubt, Google it.

I won't make the mistake of making assumptions again. I'll first ask about your "movie files". Are they in DVD format (converted)? Have you authored the DVD? If so, you should already have your VIDEO_TS folder. Or, are you planning on using <shudder> NeroVision Express to create the DVD structure?

EDIT: Sorry Jim. You beat me to the post.

Is this an MPEG you have converted to be DVD-compliant ? (You need to do this first, then you need to AUTHOR it, then you can burn ).
    If in doubt, Google it.

    1. Obtain source.
    2. Make sure source is DVD-compliant, or convert it so that it is.
    3. Author.
    4. Burn.
    If in doubt, Google it.
