DVD-r to DVD-r Can see the size but nothing there

I made a Home Movie on DVD-r,but didnt try to play it before Deleting all the files. Any way, when i put the DVD in my player it says Bad Disc/no Disc. The thing is, i can make a copy of it with record Now, it see's the file as 4Gb but, if i try to click on my DVD drive windows say there is no disc. I can make an image of the disc with record now and open it with iso/image buster but all i see is a track. So the problem is.. there is somthing on the Disc but cant get to the files.


Any ideas?

Did you by any chance burn it as a DVD-ROM instead of a DVD-Video? And did you just burn the single .ISO file on the DVD-ROM?

If so, maybe ...maybe you're in luck. You can try copying the .ISO file back to your hard disk and then use the burning app to "burn image to disc".

Unless I misunderstood just exactly what you burned there

The promising thing is the fact that it shows 4GB being on the burned disc. That means you can probably get it back OK

Thanks for the reply..everything you said made cense, I got it all back with isobuster/find mising udf files or somthing like that...

Never delet file before making sure everything works...LOL
