    ************** JIT Debugging **************
    To enable just in time (JIT) debugging, the config file for this
    application or machine (machine.config) must have the
    jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
    The application must also be compiled with debugging
    enabled.

    For example:

    <configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
    </configuration>

    When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
    will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the machine
    rather than being handled by this dialog.

    Dunno what all this means but I hope its of some use.

    The first error is to do with NeroCOM not being registered. Have you got nero 6 installed? What did you do to get the error?
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.

  3. Not installed nero 6 yet, its on my list of jobs to do

    As for the error from what I can remember, it came up after a project had finished compiling the Video_TS folders etc. Locked at 99.9%.
    Will have a few more attempts tonight and let you know the outcome.

    Btw not sure if what I'm doing is right or is an error on program.
    My scenario,
    I got a movie split into two halfs (SVCD's) all I want is it to be able to play the film straight through with the ability to skip chapters say every 5 minutes.
    When I create a new project with 1 VTS but with 2 Mpeg's I can skip per chapter until the end of the first project then when I press next chapter button as if to move to 2nd mpeg it goes to main menu or crashes, but where it crashes is odd. Same as crash below.

    Or

    If I create 2 VTS sets with an Mpeg in each. On menu Play All, Part1 & Part 2.
    The strange thing is:- I have chapters set to every 5 mins. Where the join of the two files is fine but as it starts to play the second half as I skip through the chapters with the On screen display on my DVD set top it only insert 2 chapters or so, It doesn't add chapters all the way to the end of the film. It adds them to 10mins then only plays 13mins 30 secs of the film then crashes Set top. When you look at the OSD it says 2/2 chapters, time remaining 00.00.00 when there should actually be another 30 minutes
    Is this a bug in prog and whats the best way to put a split movie onto a DVD? With 1 or 2 VTS sets?
    There is only one movie per disc.

    Cheers and thanks for the hard work.

  4. Just a couple of things I think we be a good addition to the new version:-

    A) Being able to move titles eg. "Play All" around with cursor keys not just the mouse.
    B) When adding chapters to have the ability to have a scene selection screen with thumbnails of chapter points.

  5. Ok had another play with B5.
    The following error occured.
    1)Added processed assets Part1&Part2
    2)Clicked one of the assets to play and I got this error :-

  7. Damn I have deleted that asset. I got it to work in the end. I'll keep my eye on it to see if it happens again.

    What I have noticed, when I open SVCD2DVD B5 my pc slows right down. I mean mouse gets jittery etc. Its odd as its a particularily fast Pc.

    Is this just whilst the program is launching? Does it settle down? I think that is just the way it is, however you should try Beta 6 for more stability...

  9. Thanks for the input Chris.
    Gettin a problem on an SVCD thats really buggin me.
    The two assets join fine but for sme bizarre reason 13 mins into the second asset the movie locks. Both on set tops and power dvd.
    The odd thing is both the converted mpg's play fine in WMP and Power DVD.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks
