Help please - problems burning a dvd

I don't know if anyone can help but for the last couple of weeks I have a problem burning dvd videos on my computer. I use Nero to burn the disks and always verify during the process. For some reason every disk I use fails if I burn video Dvds but data dDVDs and music CDrs are fine.

It's doing my head in now - I can't think of any softawre glitch that's affecting it.

I've tried booting without conncting to the net, disabling or closing down just about everything but still the disks fail during the verification.

I have tried another burner in my machine and it's still the same

Has anyone got any ideas ?

Hmmm... I had this problem when I first started burning, and I had it happen recently while doing a data dvd backup. I would try using some other files and see if that works (reencode your videos and try again). If you have your mpegs that you rendered the first time (the ones that won't burn) try running them through GUI for DVD Author instead of whatever other authoring software you were using and then try to burn.
