    I have this AVI movie on my computer. Tried to play it in WMP and the video got all screwed up and then WMP crashed on me. When the error window pops up, I can still hear the audio and seems fine so I'm guessing it's the video codec.
    I downloaded VideoInspector and it told me that I had the right video codec and the wrong audio codec. I need ATSC/A-52 Dolby AC3 (which I belive is the ac3 codec?) I downloaded it from the site given, reloaded the movie into VideoInspector and told me that I had both codecs installed.
    Tried to play the movie again and got the same results.
    Any ideas? I have the latest XviD (which it requires to play). Here's some information on the video file;

    AUDIO
    Number of channels: 5
    Sample Rate: 48000 Hz
    BitRate: 448 Kbps
    Codec: ATSC/A-52 Dolby AC3

    VIDEO
    Resolution: 640x727
    FPS: 23.98
    BitRate: 1539 Kbps
    Quality Factor: 0.38 b/px
    Codec: XviD MPEG-4 codec
