    That guy in the photo, sitting next to the Queen, is no stranger to those types of antics.

    The kilt pictures remind me of the old Screen Savers program on TV.

    I think the guy's name was Patrick. He wore one of those skirts. One time Leo was wearing one too.

    IF that pic IS Germany.....that was taken by a dash cam in a police car....you are NOT allowed on an Autobahn without a car...

    Big deal. I'm sure they'll just photoshop it out. Use a kilt from another guy. Something this dumb can be fixed in a darkroom even, no need for photoshop.
