That file is probably the WMP 'spyware' folder......it reports back to M$ so that M$ can 'collect' data about it users...........hope u dont watch porno's........especially if your under age...but the one to look out for is DVD's WITHOUT any region encoding.................dont you ever wonder how the law enforcers 'know' who to target.......think about it!

allegedely.... (I'm 70% pissd so the spelling may be off a liddtkle)

  3. LOL! What in the world are you talking about?

The application data folder is hidden. That's the folder tha holds the subfolders for all applications, not just DVDShrink. It is hidden by the OS - in other words, by Microsoft - to prevent casual users from inadvertently messing with application data.

DVDShrink has nothing to do with hiding this folder, any more than any of the other applications that store their data there do. In fact, the DVDShrink folder itself is not hidden, nor are the analysis files it creates.

I don't know what the image is - I can't find it on my system - but it might be part of the help file.

Its supposed to do that so you don't have to wait to analyze them each time you put it in the computer.
