Hello all,
I am using DVD Fab to split a DVD film (double layer) onto two single layer DVD.
For some strange reason, Disk 2 burned from DVD Fab can not be read on my standalone DVD Player.
I am able to read the first Disk burned. I have tried burning the same DVD again and it worked the second time, in that I was able to watch both disks1 and disk 2.
However the same problem arised again when I burned another DVD film, in that my DVD player can not read Disk 2. The error I get is, incompatible disk.
Can someone shed any light into this issues?? Also is there a way to burn only Disk 2, since Disk 1 worked?? I do not believe it is a media issue since my DVD player is able to read Disk 1.
Another strange thing is that my BenQ burner is able to read Disk 2 but not my standalone DVD player. What does this mean??
Disk Media = Maxell 4.7Gig (media code = MXL RG02)
DVD burner = BENQ DW1620 DVD burner
Burn speed = burned at 4X
Thanks for all the help.
Cheers,
Chi.
