Bad memory. Get it replaced. Or replace it with better quality memory yourself.

It could in theory be the system board, but odds sit with the memory.

Hopefully it's lifetime guaranteed memory. I had a MB that I swear ate memory. Three times the modules failed, but Crucial would replace them each time. Finally got rid of the MB and still have the memory sticks.

OCing the FSB puts a little extra strain on memory, along with intensive encoding. The memory tests wouldn't always show failure, but I would start getting errors with CC Encoder, along with occasional system lockups and BSODs.

Might be a good time to upgrade to two sticks of 512 DDR 3200, especially if your board will run with dual channel. I went cheap and got Corsair value select DDR3200 512MB X 2 for $170US and they handle a 400MHZ FSB with no problems.
