first off I amy using avisynth 1.5 and set up a nice script for it.
is there a way set a source range in avisynth. or do i have to encode the whole movie and cut it in tmpge? what do i use to do the audio with?
i tried using tmpge to set a source rang and encoded the audio with it then made a tpr and converted it and opened it in cce and did the video and muxed them in tmpge. the audio was about 5 seconds off.
What do people do to make cce worth while. I going to check the dvd ripp again but im just wondering other peoples methods.

Source range is set with
trim(first frame,last frame)
I open up the resultant script in vdub and save wav, then use that as the audio source in tmpgenc (doing audio only). then mux with video from CCE
Therefore.
Add Trim statement.
Open Vid in VDub
Save Wav
Open AVS in CCE
Encode.
Set WAV as source in TMPGenc, choose audio only
mux resultant files.
