When we create a Video CD Slideshow with a Menu on 4 different systems running XP Pro and Studio 9 or ProShow Gold 2 - the Menu will load, but the slideshow cannot be played. #1 is pressed and nothing happens - this has been tested on 4 different DVD systems. We also created VCD slideshows without a Menu on these system and they played on all the DVDs.
When we create the exact same Video CD Slideshow with a Menu on any of the 3 systems running XP Home and the same software - the Menu will load and the slideshow will play pefectly when the #1 is pressed. We used the same CD-R medium on both operating systems and tested on the same DVD players.
Pinancle was no help - Photodex says it doesn't happen on all XP Pro machines, but no further information.
Has anyone else seen this problem and if so, what is a working solution to this problem. Any help on this matter is greatly appreciated by 4 very frustrated individuals trying to do their job.
