    but anyways.. Search, i've looked here is whut I want to do

    I have 2 movies..

    they are 4 differ files (each movie cut into 2)

    I Wanna put them onto a dvd-r .. they are divx right now, whuts the easiest way to do it? i need to have it done by t/m.. Thx!!1

    (can i just burn them as a video cd to dvd-r? or whut

    a vcd and a divx file are completely different ...

    non the less -- encode to DVD standard mpeg2 , encode the audio to ac3 , author with a authoring app , burn to dvd

    see guides off to the left ...

    alright, lmao.. i was following http://www.dvd-guides.com/content/view/70/59/ and i loaded the movie, but it didn't have ac3 it had mp3 audio.... wtf? and then loaded the .avi into tmpg and it doesn't show mpeg2? also.. it wants to make the movie the size of like a dvd-r and i wanna put like 2 or 3 movies on a dvd-r is that possible?

    to adjust the size of the file -- change the bitrate ...

    well the easiest way is to buy a dvd player that can play divx/xvid files (and there are many that can do this)

    yeah i made that link in one of my posts... whut i've done right now to see how it works out is... add the files to VCD on nero, and put in a dvd-r and then go to burn, and nero is encoding the files.. i'ma see how that works
