When I burn my movies to DVD-r with nero vision. It seems the movie is cut off half way to 3/4 of the movie. I have of course the full version of the movie. The quality is great but the movie is cut short. What Gives?

Possibly bad media? Authoring errors? Could be a number of things.

same thing happens when I convert to a VCD. When I watch them on my computer the complete movie is there but not on the dvd player. Could it be my DVD PLayer?

I have no idea how you are even creating these things so I wouldn't have any idea what it could be. More information on your part does nothing but help make it easier for somebody to help you. Stop banging your head and tell us all what you're doing.
