Hello.
I'm trying to encode a 23.976 fps XviD with AC3 audio file to VCD with TMPGEnc.
My DirectShow Multimedia File Reader priority is set to 2, highest.
When I load the file, template, and hit Start, it freezes at the first frame -
15/9638
I can only click X and exit TMPGEnc. Nothing happens, it just stops responding at that frame and doesn't continue. Any ideas as to what can be causing this? I am forced to use TMPGEnc because I need subtitles to be on the video and TMPGEnc automatically starts DirectVobSub which lets it encode the subtitles.
Any ideas?

Demux the AC3 from the xvid.
Feed TMPG the video only xvid and encode as an ES (m2v)
Re-assemble the m2v and AC3 in TDA.
A quick guide>

How do I re-assemble them both in TDA? As in, how do I input both files into TDA? It keeps telling me it only accepts DVD type of files, not AC3. Can you give me specific steps on how to finalize the process in TDA? Thank you..
