Hidden Settings Editor "runtime error 5" with Inst

I'm running Hidden Settings Editor v1.4.3 with instantcopy 7. Everything used to work ok. Now, after I launch Instantcopy Hidden Settings Editor, and then click the icon to launch InstantCopy, I get an error....

Run-time error '5'
Invalid procedure call or argument. ....then it closes.

I don't think it is Instantcopy itself, because I can launch and use this seperately. I even upgraded to IC 8 and still have the same problem with HSE.

Any clues?

Instant copy is a crappy program get clone dvd or use dvd decrypter and dvd shrink they are free and work alot better.

I have tried DVD Shrink and it is pretty good but does not allow me to completely remove some segments, only to compress them down. IC lets me uncheck trailers, etc that I don't want and keep the rest. I don't think it is a crappy program, and although it does take longer, I have been very satisfied with the quality and flexibility of the program. It has never made a coaster. It is just that lately HSE gives this wierd error when trying to lauch IC from within HSE. That is what I am trying to solve.
