    Odd problem, a few of my divx movies play invertedly; in otherwords, upside down. I have both divx 3.11 alpha and divx 4.11. I installed both under the assumption that both would work on the same computer. From what I could tell, the movies that play upside down were coded in divx 3.11; so does anyone know if it's a compatability problem? Will I need to trash 3.11?

    Try to uninstall both 3.11 and 4.11, and then install just 4.11.
    DivX 4.X will play 3.11 encoded files, so there is no need for the 3.11 codec in your system anyway!
