Goto HOW TO Capture section and read capture using ATI AIW. It tells you how to install your ATI Software, and there is a little program you can download to hack the registry. It will make all your captures VCD 2.0 compliant at 1.15 mb/s. Don't use the VCD Setting that comes with the software, the video bit rate is a little too low. If you can't find it, E-Mail me, I will send it to you via attachment. Word of advice, the video quality is OK, not perfect. If your CPU is fast enough, capture your files using the best or good quality setting, depending on how fast your machine is. If too much drop frame, you can change the resolution to 352 X 240. The files your capture will be in MPeg 2 format. In order for Tmpegenc to read it, I use DVD2AVI to frame serve it to a format Tmpegenc can read. You can encode the resulting files to SVCD or VCD format.

    Good luck.

I tried using the sliding bar to adjust the bit rate to 15000 mb/s, but Just couldn't do it, always a little off. You need to download MMC_Reg_Tool.zip to hack the registry to get it exactly right. I forgot where I download it from, if you need it, just E-mail me, I will send it to you.
