    Hey guys, i've just installed a new black ink cartridge today (print-rite) had no problems with them before. I regularly do nozzle check and head cleaning but unfortunatly now the black does not wish to print. All other colours are printing perfectly fine. This is starting to cause a few problems lol.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Have you tried putting some alcohol on a paper towel and gently rubbing the head? I live in an extremely dry climate and dried nozzles is a constant problem. This trick seems to work well.
