  1. I made from avi movie 2 files using VirtualDub:
    1. movie.avi with no sound (frameset 23.976) length 53m28s
    2. audio.wav (AC3 6ch 48kHZ) length 53m28s

I converted movie.avi with CinemaCraft to m2v and pulldown it from 23.976 to 25.000
    Now my movie.avi length is 1h04m06s !

I changed ext. of audio.wav to audio.ac3 and fixed this file with ac3fix.exe to audio_.ac3

In DVDMaestro after importing media asset of pulldowned m2v and "creating sync audio track" from fixed audio_.ac3 I have greate wuality movie but with audio length exactly 1h04m06s with over 10 minutes of silence at the and with no sync at all !

I tried to use BeSweet to convert audio.wav to audio.ac3 witch checked presets NTSC 23.976 -> PAL 25.000 but in result i have audio.ac3 wih dizzy sounds.
Is there any soft similar to "pulldown.exe" to pulldown my good audio_.ac3 file from 53m28s to 1h04m06s ?

    Thank you for your help.

Not many "rights" in that 23.976 to 25 fps conversion I'm afraid...
As you're going to PAL, I assume you have PAL equipment (DVD & TV). Chances are pretty good that you don't need the conversion at all - just encode and author as NTCS DVD!
If it won't work, here's the steps to take:
    Extract audio.
Patch AVI with AVIFrate to 25 fps
Convert audio to wav if it isn't already.
Make wav shorter by (23.976/25). Use GoldWave or WavWorks for this step.
Encode to PAL standard, using patched AVI as video source, shorter wav as audio source.
Unfortunately there's no easy way to keep 5.1 audio this way.

you should have changed frame rate of source to 25 , instead of adding 2:2 pulldown to make pal (which should have been 24fps source to begin with in such a case) ..

pulldown will not change the lenth -- maybe you dont mean pulldown , not sure what you mean ... what did you use to add 2:2 pulldown?

why do you have $30,000 worth of software and don't know how to use it ? (sorry - this kind of pisses me off as i have to pay for software) ...

    anyway -
1 .you can not check create sync audio track in maestro and have "sync audio to timestamps" checked off as your timestamps in your case will be different ..
    2. no such thing as pulldown for audio

personally i would re-encode it and change source to 25 progressive and use besweet to convert the audio ntsc 23.976 to pal 25 (check you settings - besweet does this fine sound wise , though the ac3 file may not be compliant) .

you could use The FILM Machine to do all this for you, though it doesnt make proper dvd structure (so dont let it burn but check off keep temp files and use maestro to author the disk) .
Film Machine will take care of ntsc to pal conversions in the way i mentioned above using avisynth ..
