i had an .avi which i demux in virtualdubmob to get the .wav file.
then i used ACEMACHINE V0.41 to get my .ac3 file.

then i used CANOPUS PROCODER v.2.0 to encode my .avi into .m2v.
when i play the .m2v file everything is perfect, but when i multiplex them with TMPGenc 4.0 EXPRESS i got a problem
at the beggining of the movie. for some reason i fast forward for about a second or two and or video slows down and
audio goes out of sync for 1sec or 2..

    who do i fix this..
is their a better multiplexing program or muxer that would do a better job without any problems ?

what is the best software to mux video and audio files together? (.m2v and .ac3)

    Try Muxman....

However, why not try FAVC for your avi to DVD conversion..It uses HCenc for encoding ,and IMO does a great job...I know most video junkies prefer control of all the tools at our disposal, however FAVC is an easy All-in- one app, and you might just be satisfied with results...Try it out!...After all the price is right...If you want a commercial All-in-one, then a highly recommend proggie is ConvertXtoDVD...
