I had a system crash & had to reformat my harddrive. So, I had to reinstall all my drives. The ATI card is working & the graphics seem to be correct but after installing everything from the CD that came with the card, including MMC I am getting the following message:

    ATI Launchpad:
ATiSServ failed to provide required interfaces.

Now, the strange thing is that when you go into Start/Programs the program is installed & all the icons are there to click on but the launchpad does NOT appear on the desktop & when I click on anything in programs, such as TV, I get: FATAL ERROR: ATiSServ registry access failed to startup.

It all worked originally back when I first installed it before the crash. I have uninstalled it & reinstalled it several times & it's always the same message.

    What is going on?

1] un-install ATI Multimedia Center and the ATI display drivers from add/remove programs

2] End all tasks except for Explorer

3] Run the setup off of the ATI installation CD-ROM that came with the Radeon

You know you could have found it yourself, they make this thing called a search engine. It finds stuff.
