  1. I put some home movies on a DVD-R using DVD Studio Pro (NTSC), and sent it to my mom. She lives in Hong Kong and has a multi-system DVD player. The first time she played it, it worked flawlessly. However, the second time she played it, the DVD will only play the first track and stop (there are 4 tracks, all linked together with scripts). Anybody had similar experience? FYI, I made 10 DVDs, sent to various friends and family in US and Europe, and my mom is the only one with this problem. This is also the second time she has problem with DVD-R's that I made. She kept calling me up to fix it and it's driving me up the wall

If the other copies play without a problem and the disc played fine once on your mom's machine, then it is not an authoring issue. It might be a player/media compatibility issue, but more likely the disc is dirty, i.e. fingerprints.
