  2. I wonder if it could run Prime95, RealStorm and a TMPGEnc encode overnight without crashing like my machine can. Personally, I believe an overclock can only be considered a true overclock if it is perfectly stable.

    My CPU used to be 1.83GHz (FSB166 x 11) and is now 2.33GHz (FSB202 x 11.5) - another 500MHz and still flawless performance. Anything more, and it begins to get a little glitchy.

    If that machine is stable, practical and useable at 6GHz, I would buy that man a bottle of finest whisky.

    Anyway, 6GHz is one hell of an achievement and the time and effort definitely deserves recognition. What an almighty overclocker!
