well My Problem is that am learning how to use this 'Endcoding' thing and i have had alot of mess up becuase i always had a problem with my anime vcds freezing up on fames and they conutune to talk. Well my problem is i thought i could fix my problem with my animes buy turning them into svcds but that fixed the freezing frames but now a new problem.
the music messed so over time i prefected it alone story short i fixed the problem. now what the my prob is now i cant reencode svcds to mpeg or regular vcds i use TMPGEnc 3.0 Xpress PLEASE HELP SOMEONE!!!! it is really being a pain!!!!!!

select the source , select the file type you are going to make and press the start button ..
