There's always a popular or common thing that most people can agree on. For dvd recorders it was E80 for the longest time, for dvd-r media it was Ritek G03, for pc dvd recorders it was the NEC 2500A. I was hoping to find a camcorder choice that most can agree on that is the best bang for your buck. I'm fond of Sony HC camcorder line (HC 20, HC30, HC40).
I do not want to spend more that $600. True widescreen would be nice so that I don't have to upgrade any time soon. I will probably do a pricegrabber.com check to find a low price and buy online. Any suggestions on what to get? or wait a few months longer for new technology? Thanks
