  1. Hello,

i have a Hardware MPEG Encoder, so i want to encode all my MPEG-Files with hardware. But this Encoder can`t read VOBS (He can, but only the first VOB works well).

So i search for a tool to convert the VOBs of a DVD to an MPEG FILE.

Does anybody know a tool to do this ??

I don`t want to change the resolution or the compression, only convert to MPEG.

    Thanks

Actually you want to demultiplex the .vob files. Use smartripper, go to the stream processing tab and check the tracks you want. Select "demux to extra file" each time. Remultiplex with bbMPEG, it supports up to 2 audio tracks.

i think ur hardware encoder is for capturing, not encoding a file.

He's right, if it's at all possilble, rip the dvd. you keep the digital source files.
