I was given a home made video to rip back to the original MPEG files. I normally do this with ULEAD video factory and just copy out the subsequent temp video files before closing.
I ran into one where it says AC-3 audio not supported and will be converted. When I copied the files , viola, no sound.
I swear there used to be guides on this but there are no longer any VOB to MPG conversion guides and I did a search and cannot get any help.
So...any suggestions ? I shot their wedding (professionally) and they took all the homemade reception vids for me to attach. They THOUGHT they were doing me a favor by putting the vids on a DVD (wish they had just left them as mpeg)
Thanks in advance

VOBEdit will do this for you, I believe... Demux the VOB's into seperate video and audio streams.
