  1. Hi,

I'm use dvd2svcd to convert a few tv eps from divx to vcd. However, it seems that when encoding the audio, Besweet (1.5) sometimes ignores that the Gain control option is ticked in dvd2svcd and performs no gain check, and what's worse, those times the mp2 comes out half the length of the audio source and played twice the speed. (Though not with a higher pitch but chopped so the speed is double but the pitch remains the same)..

Any ideas why besweet does this?

    Thanks,

    Matt

  3. Im encoding a mp2 from a wav file using besweet.. but sometimes it makes the resulting mp2 half the length of the source file and plays the audio at twice the speed (though not pitched up, but chopped so the pitch is the same)...

Are you using TOOLAME or MP2ENC?
I think TOOLAME sucks, never works right.

  5. im using Besweet and Madplay. those are the only audio progs used.. Madplay to extract the wav and Besweet to do a gain check and convert to mp2..

its strange that the problem only occurs at times though? Noone experienced this?
