Muxman generates a dvd with only single chapter??!!

I am using muxman to re-author some dvds after adding an additional subtitle. it works fine for many dvds (all are PAL).

now i cam to these two dvds, one is PAL and other one is NTSC. after remuxing using muxman the generated files are ok in size but when I play them with windvd or other dvd player softwares there is only one chapter in the movie which is the first chapter and after that it stops playing. I checked the IFO file and it shows only one chapter as well. the original dvds have multi chapters. I don't know what is the problem really.

Do you have the log file? Zip it and post it here. Without any additional info what you have really done and what errors (if any) muxman has reported, I don't have any clue.

And if you loaded a Celltimes.txt file for the chapters, you might post that as well. If you didn't load one, then why not?
