    Every file I encode to svcd, and try to burn as a original PAL SVCD (25 fps 480x576) in Nero afterward, I get this message in Nero.

    "Stream encoding invalid for a svcd"

    Yes, the MPG file is 480x576 and 25fps

    It have to be an original SVCD, cause my DVD want take XSVCD.

    What settings do I do wrong in CCE?

    It seems that you encode to a progam stream, so CCE multiplex video and audio. Go to the system tab and change the packed size to 2324.
    Otherwise demultiplex with TMPG and remultiplex with bbMPEG.
