What kind of a man are you? The guy is unconscious in a coma and you don't have the guts to kiss his girlfriend?

  12. Pre show - didn't pay much attention...
Half time - would have been better with a mix instead of separate tunes....

All in all the game was worth the watch...my chicken wings were better though...

This years HT show wasn't all frilly and hyped up, which is what actually made it good. At the end they did a good job of Hey Jude and got fans involved. MTV screws up the show, so I think it's better just to get some of the classic rock musicians that have proven their BETTER performance ability in previous concerts. When Kiss played in the HT show a while back, that was good. Heck, Dave Mathews would have been been than Janet Jackson. Even 'They Might Be Giants' would offer a better concert thanMTV's funky put together of pop & rap stars. I thought the preshow music wasn't all that interesting. I watched John Fogerty, but he's not quite like he used to be. 40 years will do that though.

I dont know why but your thread reminds me of the Simpson's where you hear on the tv. "And we now return to Tupac Shakur's Christmas Special"

To avoid the threadjack-----If I want to to listen to music I listen to my Napster player. If I want to see live music,I go to concerts. Thas why I dont give a shit about the halftime show. It did sound good but I would rather sit there half buzzed, watching young lasses with minimal clothing, playing music I hate than some 40 yo guy playing songs from the 60's

    "Na Na, Na Na Na"

They just don't write lyrics like that anymore.

Snoop Doggy Dogg's holiday album was hella tight.

The name was "It's Chrizzle in the Hizzle" with such great songs as "Santa Pimp is Cuming to Town", "Ho, Ho, Ho" and many more classic standards.

I think Snoop sold out making such a family album. Except for the song "I'll Bust a Cap on the Grinch because I thought he was a Snitch" that was the jam.

Also there is "Driedel, Driedel, Mother F'ing Driedel. I made you out of Mother F'ing clay" makes me warm and tingly inside.
    snappy phrase

    I don't know what you're talking about.

You can keep the half naked MTV floozies bouncing around lip sync'n their lip sync'd top 40 brainmush bee-bop music. I'd rather see a real artist out there getting it done. Paul was a good choice. Wouldn't mind seeing someone like Elton John or Bob Dylan doing next year's show. Let the little MTV bee-bop sluts jiggy their cute little asses around on the pregame shows or let them do the national anthem or GBA.
