    I open TMGenc DVD Author, I upload source file create menu and when I press on begin process automatically the software close without messaging What is the reason of this problem

    I never experienced this kind of problem. Are you running any other program when using TMPGenc DVD? How much RAM is in the computer?

    I forsee 2 possibilities.

    1) Your PC has some issues
    2) You got a hacked copy and found you got what you paid for
