.ogg to dvd

hey guys, I have a movie and I think it is a .ogg file... How can I convert this to dvd, here is the info of this movie
Video Stream 1: Codec: XviD 1.0-RC4
Bitrate: 2240kbits 2-Pass
Source Video: DVD MPEG2
Resolution: 704x396
Audio Stream 1: Codec: Dolby Digital AC3
Bitrate: 384kbps

Can someone please help me convert this file to dvd? because I try to author to dvd using ulead, but it said file mismatch. and the file is in winamp??
