I have a ATI- Tv Wonder capture with the old VFW drivers and am using both VDub and ATI Multimedia Center 6.2. The video looks fine before I start to capture but the second I start capturing I get these vertical lines moving through the screen. This happen in both programs. The VCR that I am capturing from is NOT hooked up to cable or anything else for that matter. My system is a PII 450 with 224 megs of ram and a 40 gig hard drive.
