  1. Copy of DVD(5) to a DVD-r and remove some parts???

I want to copy a DVD5 to a DVD-r BUT I don't want everything on the original DVD!!! For example, remove some traliers or shit.

I don't want to make a whole new DVD with advanced editing, I just want to deselect some parts.

    Can't find it anyware..

    HOW DO I DO THIS???

    seyah

You could re-author the DVD in DVDShrink.

  3. Check the guides section to the left. There are plenty of step-by-step pages there.

You may need to find out for yourself but, I think Nero Recode 2 will allow you to remove parts of the DVD and still retain the menu. There was a guide a while back that showed you how to do it with DVDFab and DVDShrink. I have tried it and it does work. (Removing extras, trailers, etc.)

    Good luck

  8. I've used DVD Shrink, Intervideo's DVD Copy2 and CloneDVD2... all three allow 'parts' of the movie to be removed, if needed.

But with a DVD5 you can do a direct copy of the contents to a blank DVD-R

Use a program like TitleSetBlanker to remove unwanted stuff.

  12. Why do you care if they are there? You can do a direct dopy if it is a DVD 5. If you are trying to save space just put all the extras as still images in DVD Shrink.
This plan is so bad, it must be one of ours.

The thing is that I don't want the ******* ugly "do not copy this DVD.. bla bla bla" info in the beginning, but it doesnt matter, I'm satisfied for now

  14. I live by IfoEdit. It will remove the FBI crap, and anything else you want. There are plenty of guides on IfoEdit.

Also some people may find IfoEdit a bit confusing, if you happen to fall into that group you can try DVD Stripper, if it's still around. It uses IfoEdit, for you. All you have to do is click on what you don't want, and it takes care of the rest.
