    Right people. I am sorting out a little network for a friend tomorrow. Below is what he has.

    PC with AOL ADSL MODEM

    PC WITH G WIRELESS CARD in another room

    Do I just need to by a wireless transmitter? and hook that up to the pc?

    Will this be compatible with AOL, I know there are loads of things that do not work properly with it, will this be one of them?

    Anyone in the UK provide a link of what I need to buy?

    A wireless router that is compatible with this wireless card will do it, I was doing the same thing with a Netgear setup for a long time with no problems.
