After updating from Nero 6.3.1.6 to 6.3.1.20 (to get the latest recode features) I now have an annoying problem.

My DVDwriter tray opens immediatly when I start any Nero app, such as smartstart, recode, burning rom, etc.

Please, if anyone know a resolution to this stupidity please let me know. Nero has offered the usual technocrap response.
