Here's the situation: I have a cue/bin of a VCD(PAL) that I want to convert to VCD(NTSC) so I can watch it on my TV. Simple enough right?
1. First I extracted the DAT from the cue/bin with VCDGear.
2. Then I De-Multiplexed the DAT with TMPGenc.
BUT! Here's the weird thing. After the De-Multiplex the mv1 and mp2 files don't add up to the same size as the DAT and when I re-encode the VCD to NTSC format, the VCD is not complete. It's missing like 10-15 minutes. What da dilli0?

Converting to NTSC from PAL changes the framerate, thus you can change the play time if your not carful.
