Pal avi to Ntsc mpeg

ok im using dvd2svcd with tpmgenc to convert a pal ( at least tmpgenc tries to convert to pal while running thru dvd2svcd) avi into a ntsc mpeg. In easy terms do i have to preset tmpgenc to convert to ntsc? or do i have to convert avi first into ntsc avi before converting with dvd2svcd to burn onto a dvd?

i had to use vdub mp3 freeze.... but how do i save the file in besweet?

Depending on what name the audio file is which proly is wav click on wav to wav on the right side of besweet.

thanks I had tried to use besweet once before but got a headache lol if imlucky i can usually figure things out but tonight was getting frustrated and annoyed lol thanks again!

i take it i have to have besweet installed too besides just besweet gui? Cuz im not getting a new wav file ..... lol

yup..... i downloaded besweet so its working
