Hi, I just recently backed up my copy of South Park Season 3. I wanted to put all 18 episodes on one disc and did it with no problem. Now I'd like to change the menus I created. But when I try to access the backup, I get a "cyclic redundancy" error with Nero and DVD Shrink, or "Locked" error with SmartRipper. What's going on?!? The disk plays fine in my stand alone players but not on my computer (not even in WMP).
I am running AnyDVD to access encrypted disks, then I rip with Nero Recode, and author with TMPGEnc DVD Author.

    Thanks!

May have been a bad burn or bad media. Did you run a verify after you completed the burn?
Nothing can stop me now, 'cause I don't care anymore.

No, I have never actually run a verify with NERO. I think I will from now on, though. The funny thing is this has happened with the last 3-5 backups I've made. Ever since I got AnyDVD. Do you think there's a connection? I've tried disabling when I access the backup (since there's no encryption) to no avail.

    Thanks!

No, there's no relation to AnyDVD. It's just a bad burn most likely.
