    hello , i own a pinnacle ravetv card...my question : are there any tv cards with internal audio ( so no need for the small sound cable to use your audio-in from the pc ) ?

    Hello,
    The hauppauge wintv pvr250 I have doesn't need external audio.
    Also, the ATI All In Wonder series has internal audio also, I believe.

    You are right in looking for a card that captures both video and audio.

    I always suggest running in the opposite direction away from any capture card that requires the use of the PC sound card for the audio. Those are a sync nightmare waiting to happen
