Problems with DVDshrink and Sentai movies

I have this 3 disc set of Sentai movies that I am trying to make a backup of. Of the 3 discs, only disc 2 is a DVD-9, the others are DVD-5. I am able to decrypt and burn discs 1 and 3, but not disc 2. I am attempting to use DVDshrink to accomplish this, but when I hit the open disc icon or try to open the disc by browsing the program locks up. I have tried other DVD-9 type discs and it works fine. Disc 2 is a clean disc and it plays perfectly on my DVD player. Any suggestions??

Hello,
Try dvd decrypter. Rip it in iso then open in dvdshrink.

Ive tried DVD decrypter, but I get this error. It looks like its saying my disk is dirty, but the disk is a clean copy: no scratches, no fingerprints, no nothing. As I said before, it plays in my standalone, but it wont let me rip, decrypt, burn, or anything.
