Hi,
The viruse scan picked up this trojen on the computer. It said something msopt.dll, I followed the rules to get rid of it in the regedit, however, it is still there. How is it to be deleted? Please and thank you.

Try doing a search in Window$ for the infected file and deleting it in the search window. If it's wiped out of the registry, then it shouldn't prevent you from deleting it.
Nothing can stop me now, 'cause I don't care anymore. -
