  1. Very recently for the first time ever, I got a dvd (Torque) which has a 0kb vob file. I ripped with dvd decrypter (dvd was <4.35gb so dvd2one not needed) and tried to burn with nero. It gave me an error- which I initially ignored and carried on with the burn as this often happens with nero.

However, on this occassion the dvd did not work afterwards, and was unrecognisable.

I've since had another dvd with a 0kb vob file (Analyse this dvd9) and as expected had the same problem. I've searched the forums going through many posts- some recommended using IFOedit but in general it was not clear which method is best to use.

Is there any simple solution to this? Im using Nero 6 atm, would dvd decrypter solve the problem if I just burnt with that? Im fairly low on blanks so i didnt want to just keep trying the same thing with different apps.
Also, I am out of space on my HD now so could really do with some help please

    Hello,
Have you tried dvdshrink yet? Give that a try and might work around this problem. Good luck.
