I hate the bin/cue files

I have tried them all:
cdrwin,fireburner,xduplicator but never manage to burn the d**m files.
Nero does not burn them corecctly. So what do i do?
Do i give up on tcsv and try and make chapters with i author?
Any one no of any guid to make chapter's with i author?
The guid here just deals with menues and i want chapters!

I use cdrwin itself unless I'm burning to a 90min cdr and then for some reason it won't work for me, in which case I use the awesome BlindWrite, it burns many image types, including Bin/Cue just fine.

when burning a bin file do i need to do disk at once? which mode (2)? raw mode on/off?
When using cdrwin do i enable start new session?
Is there any diffrence burning a bin file of an svcd to a normal bin file?

I tried to burn VCD with VCDImagerEasy. I use it and never bother myself with such a-things.
It creates cue/bin files and burns them using CDRDAO underneath. So, try VCDImagerEasy if you burn VCD or CDRDAO (and GUI shell for it) if you wanna burn just cue/bin image from other source.

Try using vcdgear @ http://www.vcdgear.com it takes the mpg out of the bin/cue and then you can burn it with nero.

I don't know if vcdgear actually can extract svcd tracks from a cif! couldnot get an answer - does it only do vcd streams?
Can it extract mpeg vbr?

it has extracted vbr and vcd for me in the past i havn't used it in a while tho i got rid of my cable modem

hey, i use nero or fireburner...i have NEVER had an error on any cue/bin burn...

i dont understand what the problem could be....


you should be doing disk at once for sure...most programs wont even run if you dont when you burn these files

in fireburner...you just go to file..load cuesheet...load it..then go to the options...change/configure device...


and make sure that test burn is not checked (unless you really dont wanna burn it)

then just burn it

i dont have problems

Maybe it's your CD Burner? Is it really old and don't support DAO?

Well my burner does support dao through nero not through fireburner - though did mange to get fireburner to work through tao
