    Hello,

    I've trouble to enter the user area to download the fullversion.

    I goto the link I've received by email (after donation). Screen is a form on the top of the page with two fields (email and serial numer).

    I've entered the corect emailadress and the serial number with the minus-sign; I've clicked the "Submit"-Button; the page do some refresh but after this it's still the same screen.

    What's wrong ?

    I've also been trying to download from the member's area the past two days, no luck as it just keeps erroring out. Can you please give me alternate instructions for download?
