What kind of video file is in the rar file, or is it just a whole bunch of other rar files? I usually download avi files, and it only takes around 10-15 minutes to convert to mpeg-2, and another 10 minutes to burn.

it downloads to rar automatically. they are already rar before i download them.

Hold on, why are you converting the bin and cue at all?
Why not just burn the bin via the cue (or ignore the cue and burn the bin in MODE2 as an image)?
Why do you need to convert? -
Nero should accept .CUE files with no problems... (at least my version does...). Just select "burn image"
-
a .bin file is just an .iso with another name...so, if your struggling, rename the ~.bin to ~.iso and (if its a s/vcd...which I presume it/they are)...this will allow just about anything to burn it as an image..... remember to burn in MODE 2 tho'.
Oh, and dump Roxio and use NERO or ALC120% or ANYTHING except roxio. -
Aye matey ..... if ye play the game .... ye must learnth the rules of the game.

Hi. You can try rename file: filename.bin to filename.iso or try Bin2Iso, vcd gear program.
From what I've read you want to put them onto a DVD. You can also try this guide - http://dvdlab.net/dvdlab/tutorial/svcd.html
EDIT: NOTE: You will need DVD-LAB.
Goodluck!
