I have just purchased a Liteon lvw 5005 dvd recorder and am very pleased with it , it does everything i ask of it except one thing !!
I am wanting to record audio from my NTL cable digital set top box (im in UK) now I know i can do this to a cd but will only be able to record 66 minutes worth would it be possible to record the audio to a dvd and therefore record the 4 hours i need or maybe record the video as well and somehow extract the audio . is this possible ?
I am recording from a radio station that i can get on my ntl cable
any help would be appreciated

You can record audio in 4-hour mode, but it will be compressed and the quality will not be as good as a CD.
