I downloaded firmware for nec 2500a but it wouldn't let me open the file and it asked me to open it with another program. What program do I open it with? Thanks.

firmware must be installed a certain way or it won't work. there should be instructions on the website you got the update from, or a readme file or something like that. the best idea would be to follow the instructions provided to the detail.
