    Purchased DVD+Rs at BestBuy in March and submitted the mailin rebate to FujiFilm on 3/5/2004. Still have not received the rebate as of 7/24/2004. These people will RIP YOU OFF! I've contacted BestBuy and they tell me I can only work with FujiFilm. Have had online chats with their customer service folks, sent MANY emails to them, but no response, no explanation, and NO REBATE! Beware of purchasing ANYTHING from these folks if a rebate is part of the deal. They will RIP YOU OFF!

    I find that when they believe that you have the skills to absolutely fill their inbox with messages, things actually start to happen.


    Surf their website and see if you can find some emails for other higher level branches of the company, then send some polite but heated email to any contacts you might find. Sometimes a concerned manager will actually take care of the problem... And sometimes they just "blow you off".
    Hope is the trap the world sets for you every night when you go to sleep and the only reason you have to get up in the morning is the hope that this day, things will get better... But they never do, do they?

    There was a post about 2 months ago regarding FUJI and OfficeMax... something about the UPC Code for the rebate didn't jive with the Fuji disks....

    People were getting screwed then too.

    Boy am I glad I didnt take up the deal offered to me at my local FYE for CDRs. They had a rebate deal where you buy a 30 pk of cdr for 12.99 but you get a rebate for the same amount so its really free. I hate rebates and turned it down. I am glad now.
